Liberty Place
This penthouse apartment commanded great views across Birmingham and had wonderful light from bi-fold doors on all sides, the teams challenge however, was to bring true individualism to a new build by adding soul and personality to the place.
A bold and eclectic scheme was developed to showcase the owner’s style. A natural backdrop was created with limestone and a rich dark wooden floor, and layers of texture built on top with fabric wallpaper, deep pile rugs, soft chenille oversized chairs and zebra skins. An unpredictable element was added with bold iconic prints used on cushions, a classic chandelier encased in Perspex hung over the dining table and a traditional style Chesterfield chaise paired with mosaic framed mirrors. The end result was a new build apartment with a unique and distinctive style.
